ABsolutely wonderful! I used part regular non-dairy creamer and part French vanilla to give it more depth. Ican't say enough good things for it - I didn't feel deprived at all in the eggnog department!

This was very good, but I made some slight adjustments. Instead of pumpkin pie spice, I used the nutmeg in the egg nog and just garnished with whipped cream. Also, I increased the egg substitute to 1 cup to make it richer. Eight packets of Splenda unstead of the sugar makes this perfect for diabetics. Our patients loved this!
