made this today and it was delicious! Used whole wheat bread and 1 full egg. Also added about a 1/4 cup of non-dairy creamer to the egg. This made two servings.

What would you serve with this? That is a suggestion I would have is to offer an idea of what to serve these recipes with to make them a meal. Dietitian comment: I think some fresh berries and a beverage like coffee or cranberry juice would make this meal complete. Thanks for the suggestion!
