I'M not familiar with Mrs Dash seasoning in AUSTRALIA. sOUNDS INTERESTING WILL TRY NEXT TIME I GET CHICKEN. SKIN ON OR OFF? Dietitian comment: Mrs. Dash is a salt-free herb ans spice seasoning. It comes in many different flavor combinations. We left the skin on the chicken in this dish, but it would work without the skin if you prefer.

Have not tried it yet. What will be the changes if I use breast meat instead. Dietitian comment: The fat content is lower. Ounce for ounce the other nutrients are about the same.

Tastes great, very flavorful! I used oregano, basil, and a little bit of ginger as the spice mix for the flour dredge.

i added some paprika and garlic powder to the flour before dredging chicken thighs...my husband who is not a chicken lover enjoyed this dish very much. Also, after browning; I put the covered casserole in a 350 oven for 30 minutes or until chicken was cooked. Served with potatoes that had been soaked and then roasted in oven with carrots and onions

Absolutely loved this recipe. Substituted flour with panko bread crumbs though. It was even better the next day. Goes well with the Savory Green Bean recipe.

I tried this recipe and love it oh my mother liked it also. The only thing I will do next time is not to use flour, when you add wine it gets soggy, nice flavor and sauce.
