Sounds good. I have a question regarding the parmesan cheese, do we use fresh or the one that come in the container? Dietitian comment: Either one is fine as they are comparable in nutrient content.

ok...the title of the recipe sounds ymmy...but where are the Herbs for the Herb sauce??? I see SPICES....but no Herbs...in the ingredients...no parsley, cilantro, chive, basil, oregano, rosemary, sage...no Herbs at all??? Just wondering...thanks! Dietitian comment: You are so right! I think we will change the name to Easy Chicke Breasts in Seasoned Sauce for Two.

Very good flavor.I made it with chicken thighs, that I pre-baked for 30 minutes, than added sauce and baked an additional 30 minutes!

This recipe was soooo easy. It tasted good, and if you really like it you can mix most of the spices together in Ziploc's to cut down on the amount of prep time (not that the prep time takes awhile anyway!). That's what we're going to do. It will be added to our regular rotation of dinners. I would also double the recipe for every two pieces of chicken that you have.

Very good recipe. One step you might try is stabbing the chicken repeatedly with a fork. During baking, the holes in the chicken allow more flavor to seep into the chicken. You also might try baking in a medium bread loaf pan. This allows the juices to coat the chicken throughout the baking process. Half way through baking, turn the chicken over. This recipe is easily doubled, but be warned, it takes longer to cook in a loaf pan!
