Grilled Marinated Chicken
- CKD non-dialysis
1/2 chicken breast (2 fillets)
Slice breast halves in half crosswise, making two thin fillets from each.
Combine remaining ingredients in a zip-top bag and mix well.
Add chicken to the bag. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or longer, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium heat until done, turning once.
