Ingredients
- one box lemon cake mix
- 2 cups Cool Whip® nondairy dessert topping, thawed
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Grease cookie sheets.
- In a large bowl combine cake mix, Cool Whip®, egg and vanilla.
- Drop one tablespoon of dough into bowl of powdered sugar and coat. (It is not necessary to make dough into balls.)
- Drop powdered sugar coated dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Let cookies cool for 2 minutes before removing from the baking sheet.
