Reviewed: Jun. 01, 2009, 9:47 AM - Inappropriate review?Hi, I find that the sugar in the recipe is excessive. I have not tried it yet but 2 cups of sugar to 2 cups of flour in any recipe is really excessive. I would normally use in a recipe like that a quarter cup of sugar . The natural sweetness of the apples which would increase after cooking and cinnamon would add to the sweet flavour as well.
