Servings  6 servings
Serving size  1/2cup
Ingredients
nonstick cooking spray
2 eggs

1-1/2 cups skim milk (may substitute with nondairy creamer)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons rum (optional)
4 slices raisin bread, cubed (3 cups)
Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and egg whites until foamy. Beat in milk, honey, vanilla, and rum or rum extract.
  2. Stir in bread cubes. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
