What's everyone saying?

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2009, 8:07 PM - Inappropriate review?I have made this using nuts on top, but I now know nuts are not kidney friendly. My mom has CKD 3, so I am very happy to know that this cake is kidney friendly, without the nuts. We have made this many times and it is wonderful. Thanks Davita!!

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2009, 12:19 PM - Inappropriate review?I tried this recipe last night. I thought it a little confusing since it didn't say to place the cake mix dry on the fruit or mix as directed. So, I placed the cake mix dry. I used Pinapple crushed and it came out very delicious. We are diabetic so 5 carbs was great. Try it you'll love it. We have a sweet tooth so we are always looking for something, this was the bomb!
Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2009, 3:04 PM - Inappropriate review? This was great. We really liked it and great both for diabetes and renal. Just a couple things that could have been on recipe. should put undrained fruit and size of cans. We used pineapple and from other recipes i knew that it should be undrained and the size of pineapple can we used, we only needed one can. Its a great dessert.
