Nondairy Ice Creme Sandwiches

Serving size: 1 sandwich

Ingredients

  • 10 chocolate graham crackers (2-1/2" x 5")
  • 20 tablespoons Cool Whip® Lite nondairy dessert topping

Preparation

  1. Break graham crackers into squares (2-1/2")
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons Cool Whip® topping on 10 of the graham cracker halves.
  3. Top with the remaining 10 graham cracker halves to make sandwiches.
  4. Place sandwiches on a cookie sheet and freeze for 2 hours before serving.
