Combine gelatin and hot water, stirring until dissolved.
Drain pineapple and stir into blueberry pie filling. Pour mixture into a gelatin mold and chill in refrigerator until firm.
Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Beat in sour cream and vanilla.
When gelatin is firm, invert on serving plate.
Spread cream cheese mixture across the top of gelatin.
Chill until ready to serve.

Buy two 3-ounce packesges of gelatin mix.
If a gelatin mold is not available, a 9 "x 13" pan can be used instead. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of congealed gelatin.
