Cream Cheese Filled Peaches with Gelatin

Portions: 12     Serving size: 1 peach half with 1/3 cup gelatin


  • 28 ounces canned peach halves in light syrup 
  • 8 ounces light cream cheese
  • 1 large box sugar-free cherry gelatin


  1. Drain peaches in a strainer for 15 minutes.
  2. Place in a 9” x 13” pan with pit-sides of peaches facing up.
  3. Cut cream cheese into 12 equal servings and place into the pit-hollow of each peach.
  4. Prepare gelatin per package instructions and then pour over peaches.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

Helpful hints

  • Use sweetened gelatin and regular cream cheese if you need extra calories.
  • Substitute canned pears for peaches and use lime gelatin for variation.
