Portions: 4     Serving size: 6 pieces cooked apples


    • 3 medium apples
    • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
    • 1/3 cup honey
    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter


  1. Core and cut each apple into 8 pieces.
  2. Place in slow cooker.  Sprinkle cinnamon over apple pieces and toss to coat.
  3. Drizzle with honey, add butter and stir.
  4. Cover cooker, set to low temperature and cook for 2 hours.
