Helpful Hints
- Use regular broth powder or granules because the low sodium version is very high in potassium. Limit to 1 teaspoon to keep sodium per serving in an acceptable range.
- Stacy prepared this recipe with elk meat. Try it with your favorite wild meat instead of beef or turkey.

4 reviews | Avg. User Rating:My mom made this for us for lunch and I thought it was delish!! I was a little concerned that it would be too bland without the cream of mushroom soup. We omitted the thyme and white wine and used 1 can of low sodium beef broth. We also used half the amount of cream cheese and mixed it with sour cream. Bon apetit!
