Pork Chops with Orange Glaze

Ingredients

1/3 cup orange marmalade

2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard

4 tablespoons green onions, sliced

4 small pork chops (about 1 pound)
Preparation

Mix marmalade and mustard in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.

Spray a nonstick frying pan with cooking spray. Stir-fry green onions until tender crisp. Stir in marmalade glaze and heat.

Broil pork chops 4" from heat, 3 minutes per side or until cooked.
- Pour glaze over broiled chops and serve.
