Peppercorn Pork Chops

Serving size: 1 pork chop
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon crushed black peppercorns
- 6 pork loin chops
- 2 tablespoons oil (olive, canola or corn preferred)
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 5 garlic cloves, whole
- 1 cup green and red bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup apple juice
Preparation
- Sprinkle and press peppercorns into both sides of pork chops.
- Heat oil, margarine and garlic cloves in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Add pork chops and cook uncovered for 5–6 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and apple juice.
- Cover and simmer for another 5–6 minutes or until pork is thoroughly cooked.

I would advise those to buy the peppercorn that you can crush in the bottle though, because it was hard to crush the peppers. I would also marinate the pork chops next time so we can have them on the grill. Yummy!!!!!
