Turkey Meatloaf

Portions:  6 portions

Serving size:  3 ounces

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey, 7% fat
  • 3 ounces hot turkey sausage, breakfast type
  • 1 whole egg plus 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Gravy Master® seasoning & browning sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Transfer to a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
  4. Slice into 6 equal pieces and serve.
