To JFred-I live here in Nevada and found it at Walmart. Check the Kraft website maybe you can order it or have your local grocer order it for you.

If you miss mac and cheese this is for you!! I like it better than the old kind.I add a few pepper flakes and some sauteed onions and bell peppers.

Moderator, is this considered to be a main dish? If so, what would you suggest serving with it? Dietitian comment: No[INVALID]a 1/2 cup serving may not satisfy as the main dish. I suggest serving this as a side dish along with a chicken or meat entree, a vegetable like fresh green beans or broccoli and a dessert plus beverage.

Made this with chopped roasted red peppers. Delicious! Will make many times. The cheese spread is still available in my area in Michigan.

Have made this twice now. Once with neufchatel with jarred diced pimientos mixed in; another time I used neufchatel with (jarred) roasted red peppers...chopped. It was wonderful both times

JFred I know they discontinued the Olive pimento cream cheese. Here in Florida I can buy it at Publix.

I was looking forward to trying this as I am craving mac n cheese but found out that Kraft has discontinued their pimento cheese spread made with cream cheese. Any suggestions on how to make this recipe without the jarred pimento cheese spread? Thank you!

I made this for our patients, who were all very surprised to see mac and cheese on the menu. It was very easy. Most really liked it. No, it doesn't taste just like the boxed stuff, but it is really good. I like the idea of adding ground beef to it.

Having kidney disease is hard for someone who loves cheese so much. I found this recipe and suprised the boyfriend with it. He really liked it, I liked that it was easy to make. Will be making it again for him. Thanks!

Our entire family loves this recipe. Even my young son likes it. I usually make with grounded beef for the extra protein. I also add 1 tsp. of Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herbs for additional flavor.

We made this last night, and although I admit I was a bit skeptical while making it, the final outcome was great, and we didn't even use the chili peppers. It tastes almost just like your traditional calcium/phosphorus filled mac and cheese. I highly recommend this for all the end stage renal failure patients like myself, that love this food!! =D
