Fantastic! Mr. Picky, picky actually ate it. Can't wait to try the curried turkey with pineapple rice. It's a lot easier figuring out meals and recipes with this website.

I made this for my patients and they loved it. The recipe was really easy to make. I used chicken breast that I cooked in a slow cooker with some onion powder. The pineapple helped keep the chicken really moist without using a lot of mayo.
