This is excellent and nobody missed the 300 - 400 mg. sodium (or more) from packaged seasoning!
I am a DaVita renal dietitian and made this recipe for my patients. Everyone, both patients and teammates LOVED IT! The Mexican Seasoning recipe is very good, OR try the new Mrs. Dash FIESTA LIME blend -- use about 2 Tablespoons.
