I made these with green Jell-O for my clinic on St. Patrick's Day. They were colorful and festive and everyone really seemed to love them. What a great new way to supplement protein. Also very easy to prepare.
These are fast and easy! I served them once to a meeting for family caregivers at my clinic. They loved this idea and several told me they would make them at home. I am also planning to make these again this summer for one of of celebration days here at my clinic.
What a fun new way to include more protein. I loved the idea, so I tried this recipe and shared the bars as samples to the patients at my clinic. They turned out tasty--everyone said they like them. The only problem was that it is a little challenging to stir in all the protein powder. The mixture became quite stiff. so be sure to be prepared to use your elbow grease. But the finished product was worth it!
These eggs are delicious! Our Social Worker volunteered to make them last fall for one the parties we had for the patients at our clinic, and they were a big hit. I think they are a lot of work to make for a large group, but they do turn out great. And as a dietitian, I was thrilled that they are another fun, tasty way to eat protein!!
