I used an ice cream scoop to portion this into muffin tins (leaving a little bit of room at the top to allow for the topping). I got great reviews with this recipe! I love that you can put the individual portions in freezer-safe containers and have a high protein, quickly reheated meal.
This recipe tastes great, but I was only able to get 18 servings instead of 24. Excellent after-dinner portion-controlled treat!
Tastes good! I substituted Miracle Whip for the mayo and it gave it a different flavor. Easy to do in large quantities for a group.
