Basil Chicken 08/20/09
Best chicken ever! Did it in pan on barbecue then grilled lightly when done & then returned to mixture in pan. Also tried it with italian seasoning instead of basil. Loved it & so easy to make.
I was very excited to find this as I like to bake a lot and I had stopped because of my husband's renal disease. Now, with this tip in hand and a few changes in my old recipes, I am back to baking for him. Thanks for a great site!

Easy cookie recipe & my husband was very happy to have these during the holiday season. Kids liked them also. Definitely will make them again.
Lemony Rice Pilaf 02/03/09
Great rice pilaf. Very flavouful. Next time I make it though, I will cut down a bit on the lemon juice.
Apple Cake 02/03/09
Baked this cake & served it with warm honey sauce. It was a hit. Everyone raved about it & wanted recipe. Also excellent on its own without sauce. Will be making this again.
Chicken Noodle Soup 12/14/08
Great soup! Made a huge pot. My daughter & her children came over & by the time they left, only had a bowl leftover. That alone speaks volume as she is not usually a big soup lover. Big hit will have many repeat performances!!

Made these & they tasted great. Only problem is that they were so light & flaky, they tended to fall apart if you tried to butter them. next time, will add a bit more flour.

Easy to make but most importantly, my husband & mother loved it as well. Would recommend it to anyone.
Baked Pork Chops 09/14/08
Wonderful moist chops. Only change I made was to add garlic powder & italian seasoning to flour. Whole family enjoyed. Will quickly become a favorite!

So easy to make & a hit with the entire dinner party. I will be making this cake again!
