Blueberry Dream Muffins 08/19/09
Mom liked them but all she did to help was zest the lemons. I wasn't that impressed.. they turned out really moist for me. I'd rate it as "it's okay" but that's not an option. ;-)
Yum! I liked the heat but only did jalapeno's on half because my Mom doesn't like spicy stuff. Great recipe although I did just use regular jiffy cornbread. I wonder how much that affects the numbers?
Garlic Chicken with Balsamic Vinegar 08/19/09
I do wonder if there was possibly an issue with my chicken or my balsamic vinegar but the chicken was very tough and all you could taste was the balsamic vinegar. The next day I could still smell the garlic on my hands but I never could taste it in the dish. I doubt I'll try this one again.
