We really liked this stroganoff. There is nothing I would change about it. Excellent!
Red, White and Blue Pie 06/26/09
(From Kathy) I made this pie for my husband and it is delicious. I made it without the strawberries b/c they are a bit acidic for him (itching) and it was awesome even without them--Blue and White Pie :) It kept very well in the refrigerator for three days. I am going to make it for our 4th of July party (and include the strawberries, he can pick them off).
Chicken Fruit Salad 06/07/09
Made the chicken salad this week; it was very tasty. It makes a LOT and when I make it again I'll probably cut the recipe in half since it's just my husband and me eating. (Kathy)
Fettuccini Alfredo 06/07/09
I made this recipe tonight...delicious! My husband loves pasta. This is a simple recipe and I know I'll make it again. The sauce was just a little thinner than I'd normally like but still very enjoyable.(Kathy)
