15 Recipes for March Celebrations

March isn’t just about wearing green on St. Patrick’s Day (though don’t be caught without it—it’s on the 17th!). March is also National Nutrition Month and National Kidney Month. Some other noteworthy days to celebrate include:

  • Registered Dietitian Day (March 13)
  • World Kidney Day (March 14)
  • First day of spring (March 20)

This month’s recipe collection focuses on incorporating in-season and low-potassium produce—from beets, cabbage and cauliflower to lemons, limes and pineapple—into your kidney diet. We even provide a brisket recipe to replace high-sodium corned beef for St. Patty’s Day. Enjoy the array of recipes provided by your DaVita® dietitians all month long!
