Delectable Salad Dressings for Kidney Diets

When you control the ingredients of salad dressings, you can easily create ones that are low in sodium, high in flavor, don’t have phosphate additives and are less costly than store-bought dressings.

A little bit of these delicious and kidney-friendly salad dressings go a long way—no more than 2 tablespoons per serving will do the trick. Also, most homemade dressings will keep well in a sealed jar for up to two weeks. So start topping your favorite salad with any of the dressings from the collection below. Bon appétit!
