Swedish Meatballs

Delicious. I would definitely make this again. I made 1/3 of the recipe to initially try it, as well as making some substitutions... I used ground turkey and homemade chicken stock & only egg whites. I added extra onion. Eight large meatballs came out firm and perfect and tasty. The sauce was good too. Served over white rice with vegetables on the side. :)

This sounds like it would be very good. Could it be served over yolk less egg noodles?

Really good! Paired this recipe with the Rice Pilaf and loved it. Used the leanest ground beef we could find (7%).
