FABULOUS! I made this and due to time constraints, completely skipped the marinating part, just cooked the chicken in a little sauce, thickened the rest up separately and put it all together in the end. Served it with rice and veggies. My husband says he wants it every night from now on! Thanks for this recipe!

This was a good recipe. I served it with low potassium veggies and rice. Tastes really good and lets you have the flavor of orange chicken from the Chinese food places without all the sodium. Wonder what it would do to the numbers if it was breaded chicken.
