Blueberry Cream Cones
- CKD non-dialysis
4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1-1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup blueberry jam or preserves
- 6 small ice cream cones
Soften cream cheese. Place in a bowl and beat with a mixer on high until smooth and fluffy.
Fold fruit and jam or preserves into the whipped topping.
Fill cones, and chill in the freezer until ready to serve.
