Hawaiian Rice

cooking spray

1/2 cup sliced raw mushrooms

1/2 cup bean sprouts

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

1/2 cup canned unsweetened pineapple tidbits

1/2 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon minced raw ginger root

1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups hot cooked white rice

| Preparation |

Spray a nonstick frying pan with cooking spray. Sauté mushrooms, bean sprouts, and bell pepper.

Add pineapple, soy sauce, ginger root and salt. Stir and heat thoroughly.

Mix into hot rice and serve.
