Spicy Lemon Pasta

Serving size 2/3 cup
Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons margarine
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 3/4 cup hot cooked pasta
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash® onion herb seasoning
Preparation
  1. Melt margarine in a nonstick frying pan and sauté onion, celery, and green bell pepper. Stir into hot pasta.
  2. Mix lemon juice, lemon zest, and Mrs. Dash ® herb seasoning. Add to hot pasta and stir.  Serve.
