Helpful hints
- Lemon zest is the colored portion of the lemon skin. It contains the lemon oil and adds flavor when added to foods.
- To remove the zest, use a citrus zester, paring knife or vegetable peeler.

1 reviews | Avg. User Rating:Can I change the rice to brown rice because of high cholesterol? I like dressing up rice, this sounds great. Moderator: If you use the brown rice instead of white the phosphorus will be higher. 1/2 c white rice = 33 mg; 1/2 c brown rice = 81 mg
