Vallie’s Fruit Salad

Serving size: 1/2 cup
Ingredients
- one 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, packed in juice
- two 15-ounce cans fruit cocktail, no sugar added
- 5 cups miniature marshmallows
- 8 ounce container light Cool Whip®dessert topping, thawed
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
Preparation
- Thoroughly drain canned fruits in colander for approximately 3 hours.
- In a large bowl, combine canned fruits, marshmallows and Cool Whip® and mix until well blended.
- Cover and chill overnight.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut over salad, if desired, and serve.
