Chicken Fruit Salad

Serving size: 1-1/3 cups

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (2 cups) uncooked small shell pasta
  • 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1-1/2 cups celery, sliced
  • 1-1/2 cups seedless red or green grapes, halved
  • one 15-ounce can mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta according to package, omitting the salt. Drain and rinse in cold water to cool. Drain well. 
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta and all ingredients. Mix well to combine. 
  3. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
