Lemon Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup oil
- 4 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1-1/2 cup cooked diced chicken breast
- 1-1/2 cup green grapes (seedless, halved)
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced

Preparation
|
- In a large bowl, combine oil, lemonade concentrate and spices.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
- Chill and serve.
