Too high in carbs and way too much potassium for one serving. Dietitian comment: With only 20 grams carbohydrate and 167 mg potassium this recipe is not considered to be high carb or potassium for most people.

Tried this recipe and instead of putting the cream cheese mixture over it , I put in separate bowls so that I may take this for work all week. The topping gets a bit solid but I a spoonful of the topping and then put it on the fruit..very very good ...of course my family wants it to be creamier like the recipe calls for.
