Creamy Grape Salad

Serving size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 to 3 pounds seedless grapes (green, red or mixed)/li>
  • 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar or 1/2 cup Splenda ®
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation 

  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar (or Splenda ®) and vanilla in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Fold in grapes.
  3. Chill and serve.

Helpful Hints

  • Add ProCel® or any unflavored protein powder for an extra protein boost.
  • Nutrient analysis includes sugar. If made with Splenda® or other non-caloric sweetener carbohydrate is 16 grams per serving.
