Lime Gelatin Salad with Cottage Cheese

This recipe was very good. Takes the place of a lime gelatin with cottage cheese (with all the not so good add in's), that my husband always had as a child his mother always made for holiday meals. He found it very acceptable as a replacement. I loved it! Give it a try I think you'll love it. :>?

Very light and refreshing, easy to prepare. I also love that it's another way of including protein because of the cottage cheese!
