Portions: 4     Serving size: 3/4 cup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup raw tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup  cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup  raw carrots, shredded

Preparation

  1. Place vegetables in a salad bowl and toss together.
  2. Divide into 4 portions and serve in chilled salad bowls.

  • 1 vegetable, medium potassium
