This is pretty much how we used to make our gravy anyhow. The only difference is we omit the salt now. We also found an Unsalted turkey broth by Swanson that we use to add flavor with the giblet stock.

Good recipe, make it all the time, except substitute equal parts of no sodium chicken broth and beef broth for the giblet stock. The pan juices give the flavor.
