Moderator: what could be used in place of the red wine vinegar? My husband is post liver transplant. Dietitian comment: You can use white distilled vinegar or increase the tarragon vinegar to 1/2 cup.

On dialysis for 3 months. A challenging chapter in my life. This is tremendous site with all the recipes. Wish each category was available in book form. For this BBQ recipe can honey be substituted instead of brown sugar. On contents I would give it a 4.Moderator comment: Yes honey instead of brown sugar is fine for a kidney diet.

This is an awesome sauce. My whole family loves it. I use it for a lot of different things. It will last a long time in the fridge. But when I make it in large batches I freeze part of it. Enjoy!!!

JUST made this...it's AWESOME...a little more spicy than I like...may cut back to 1/2 Tbs on the Black Pepper or omit the Tabasco next time, but LOADS of Flavor! Grilling Chicken tonight...can't WAIT!

This is an awesome sauce! Made it twice so far; my wife and I both love it! It's good as it is, but also easy to play with the ingredients for taste. It's not a big deal if you don't have one or two things, it's still going to turn out!
