great recipe. My whole family loved it,but I baked it on parchment paper at 350 til done. My teenagers raved.

It would be helpful to have the grams of potassium, phosphorus, and sodium. 3 meat, 3 fat, 0 carbs doesn't quite give me the information I'd like. Thanks. Dietitian comment: Look for the box to the right of the preparation notes to find the nutrient information you are looking for on each recipe.
