First comment-how do you recalculate nutrient values if you leave out an item you may not have like a spice or celery? 2nd when you show pictures of the dish are you displaying as it should look according to the recipient? Or is the picture of the food item photoshopped? Dietitian comment: You can use the My Recipes creation feature in DaVita Diet helper to recalculate the recipe with your ingredient changes.
