This is a great recipe for everyone, even if they are not on dialysis. It's a great basis for your own personal variations in the seasonings: more or less pepper, brown or Dijon mustard instead of yellow, or your favorite sodium-free herbs / herb blends. It's a much more healthful alternative to the ubiquitous, sodium-ridden Thanksgiving "green bean casserole" that will be on so many tables this holiday season! Love it!
