Red Wine Vinaigrette Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 pounds fresh asparagus, cut into 2" pieces
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinaigrette dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a skillet, add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
  2. Add asparagus pieces; stir to mix.
  3. Add red wine vinaigrette dressing and pepper. Stir and heat an additional minute.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
