Ingredients

  • 8 ounces low fat cream cheese
  • 7 ounces marshmallow cream

Preparation

  1. Soften cream cheese.
  2. Blend marshmallow and cream cheese together thoroughly, using an electric mixer.
  3. Serve with kidney-friendly fruits for dipping.

Helpful hints

  • Serve with kidney-friendly fruits such as grapes, pineapple and strawberries. Arrange fruit on a platter of lettuce leaves with dip in a bowl in the middle. Fruit is not included in the nutrient analysis.
  • One jar of marshmallow creme is 7 ounces.
