My husband Jack just lost a kidney transplanted five years ago and started dialysis again yesterday, after five years. I went looking for a dialysis diet with some recipes to help cook some healthy meals. What a terrific website. Found so much more than I was looking for but all wonderful. Thanks, Jack's wife Judy

Recipes look great. I would like to query if you dont live in the USA, what are the substitutes for Mrs Dash's seasonings in SA. Thank you Response: Mrs. Dash seasonings are a blend of herbs and spices without added salt or potassium chloride. To substitute you can make a blend of your favorite diried herbs and spices. You can go online to www.mrsdash.com to check availability.
