Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 10 ounces flank steak
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
- Heat a sauté pan over high heat until hot.
- Add olive oil to the pan.
- Season the steak with black pepper and paprika.
- Add the steak to the hot pan and sear over high heat for 4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Slice on the bias and serve.
