Ingredients
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 4 medium bell peppers
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 3 ounces unsalted tomato sauce
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Core and de-seed bell peppers.
- Brown ground beef and drain liquid.
- Add onion, rice, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley and tomato sauce to cooked beef; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Fill each bell pepper with mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour.
